As I've experienced this loop many times, I developed a route that assumes that players are leveling from 1 up to 75. They want something strong for both PvE as well as PvP.
This article walks through how I would spend your points. Why certain nodes early on are bait and how to use those last few expedition points for a clean build. Imagine it as an all-rounder build that is practical and PvP oriented: high mobility, efficient looting with enough survivability to not spend the majority of your sessions staring blankly at respawn.

Before we go into the specific levels of the tree, it is helpful to understand how it looks. Once the logic is understood, minor changes are simple.
1.1 The Build's Goal
Everything that wastes you time? Speed it up!
Moving faster, climbing more smoothly, and looting faster all add up. The hidden DPS gains from shaving 1-2 secs off every action are huge.
Front-load high impact utility and mobility
We try to rush the Mobility and key Conditioning Nodes because they have a big impact on how we feel when playing. When your character is snappy you will survive more and fights are more likely to be on your terms.

Since we have adrenaline, we don’t need to rush through every stamina tier early. The talent that has the most immediate tactical impact, in particular for PvP, can be pushed.
You should avoid talents built around I'm Already Losing scenarios
If you want to win fights rather than just be more comfortable, it's not good to build your mindset around being downed.
Who This Build is For
This is the ideal setup if:
You may play a combination of PvE/PvP but care about the PvP results.
You are more concerned with mobility, breaching speeds, and looting efficiencies than pure tankiness.
You may use adrenaline to boost your stamina if you're experiencing early gaps in your stamina.
If you play a lot of PvE and rarely do PvP, you may want to tweak your picks for PvP later. But the main skeleton can still help you move around and loot.

This is a very high-level map of how you can distribute your points. The exact points per level may change depending on whether you unlock new nodes. But the priority of the levels remains the same.
3.1 Early Mobilities Priorities
You will be able to start using Mobility once Breaching has been secured.
1. Marathon Runner – Maximum early
Why: Sprint uptime directly influences how often you are able to push, rotate, and disengage.
Synergy With your stamina, roll and later talents you will be able to maintain constant pressure.
2. Slip and Slide Max is for PvP.
Why: Sliding in PvP is huge. It lets you throw off aim and break sightlines.
When: If you are a frequent player, you will need to Slip and Slide as soon as your basic speed of movement is perfected.
If you only rarely engage in PvP: It's okay to put off the maximum level, but at least I recommend it.
3. Youthful lungs - 1 Point early, not yet maxed
Logic:
You can max it out, but there's no need to.
Since adrenaline injections can temporarily resolve stamina issues Youthful lungs does not have to be early sinks for multiple points.
Recommended: Plan to finish the game with extra points if you keep it at 4/5.
4. Conditioning Tree: Comfortable, efficient, and sound-controlling
When you improve your conditioning, you will be able to play with more ease and comfort.

According to my experience, a reduction of even a few explosions or loud noises will help you avoid being noticed in chaotic places.

What: The free roll is a huge advantage for both offense AND defense.
Interaction combines nicely with EffortlessRoll from Mobility.

Q1: When should I stop using Youthful Lungs entirely?
You may want to delay purchasing Youthfull Lungs for longer if your adrenaline is a constant source of energy and you don't experience stamina issues. I wouldn’t, however, permanently avoid it. As you continue to engage in longer fights, and start chaining your engagements, this extra stamina comfort really becomes noticeable. My approach is early 1 point; mid 4/5; max with late.
Q2 Is Slip & Slide still worthwhile if I primarily play PvE?
If you barely play PvP or mostly eliminate AI, you might want to drop Slip and Slide and focus your efforts on looting. Although sliding isn't limited to PvP. The ability still allows you to quickly move from cover to cover or across open spaces. Even players who are more inclined to PvE should take note of at least two points.
Why not invest more into crawling faster as you're downed
Because those talents which only help you after you have already lost the battle are inherently weaker compared to those which help you win. The team can help save you if the situation is bad, but crawling faster doesn't always change things. I consider it to be a necessary skill and not my core one.
Q4 Is it ever necessary to breach security?
It is not in its current state. It justified the pathing back when it was stronger. It is now a playstyle-dependent decision: if you value faster breaching, you may choose to use it. For a generalist who values combat and mobility, I do not consider it mandatory any more.
Should I invest in Silent Scavenger and crouching movement? Should I continue investing in Silent Scavenger, crouching?
If you hardly ever crouch down, you could trim these points and put them towards more Conditioning. Or you could finish the Mobility nodes quicker. However, if you start playing more cautiously--especially in high-risk zones--you may find crouch speed and noise reduction surprisingly valuable, so keep them in mind for respecs.
